1 Eligibility & Account Registration

1.1 Age Requirement. The pkrpet platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering a pkrpet account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. pkrpet reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any time. Any account found to have been opened by a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and all associated funds may be returned to the deposit source at pkrpet's discretion.

1.2 One Account Per Player. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) pkrpet account. Opening or maintaining multiple accounts — whether in your own name or through a third party — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any bonus balances. If you believe you have accidentally created duplicate accounts, you must notify pkrpet support immediately.

1.3 Accurate Registration Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering your pkrpet account, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid email address, and a working Pakistani mobile number. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure.

1.4 Identity Verification (KYC). pkrpet is required to verify the identity of all account holders before processing withdrawals. You agree to provide a valid copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and any additional documentation pkrpet may reasonably request as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions being applied to your account.

1.5 Jurisdictional Responsibility. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the pkrpet platform is lawful under the laws of your jurisdiction. pkrpet makes no representations regarding the legality of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction within Pakistan or elsewhere. By registering, you confirm that you are not accessing pkrpet from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited.

2 Account Responsibilities

2.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkrpet account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. pkrpet strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. pkrpet will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

2.2 Immediate Reporting of Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your pkrpet account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact pkrpet customer support immediately via the live chat facility. pkrpet will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure your account pending resolution of the matter.

2.3 Account Use by Registered Holder Only. Your pkrpet account is personal to you and may not be used by, transferred to, or operated on behalf of any other person. Allowing a third party to access and use your pkrpet account — whether for betting, deposits, withdrawals, or any other purpose — is a breach of these Terms.

2.4 Currency. All pkrpet accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All displayed balances, deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, bonus values, and wagering requirements are expressed in PKR unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods. pkrpet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards. pkrpet reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.

3.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on pkrpet is Rs 200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. There is no maximum deposit limit, though pkrpet may apply enhanced due diligence to large deposits in accordance with its AML obligations.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests from fully KYC-verified pkrpet accounts are typically processed within one (1) to four (4) hours for JazzCash and EasyPaisa transactions, and within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required.

3.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met: (a) your pkrpet account must be fully KYC-verified; (b) the deposit used to fund the withdrawal must have been cleared and not subject to a chargeback; (c) any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must have been fully met; and (d) your account must be in good standing with no pending investigations.

3.5 Source of Funds. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account holder used for the original deposit, to the extent technically possible. pkrpet reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for withdrawals that it deems to warrant additional scrutiny.

3.6 No Third-Party Payments. pkrpet does not accept deposits from third-party accounts and will not process withdrawals to accounts held in third-party names. All deposits and withdrawals must be made to and from accounts registered in your own name.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Bonus Eligibility. All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the pkrpet platform are subject to the specific terms accompanying each offer, including but not limited to minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, and validity periods. It is your responsibility to review and understand the terms of any promotion before opting in.

4.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to your pkrpet account must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotional terms for each offer. Wagering requirements apply to bonus amounts unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4.3 Bonus Abuse. pkrpet takes bonus integrity seriously. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome offer more than once, using low-risk or hedge betting strategies specifically to satisfy wagering requirements, or colluding with other players — will have bonuses voided and may face permanent account closure.

4.4 One Welcome Bonus Per Household. The pkrpet welcome bonus is available to new players only, limited to one claim per person, per household, and per device. pkrpet uses technical and manual verification measures to enforce this restriction.

4.5 pkrpet's Discretion. pkrpet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Where a promotion is discontinued mid-campaign, pkrpet will honour reasonable claims made prior to the withdrawal announcement.

5 Betting Rules & Settlement

5.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on the pkrpet platform are subject to acceptance by pkrpet. pkrpet reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including bets that exceed pkrpet's maximum stake limits or bets placed on markets subject to suspicious activity monitoring.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets on pkrpet. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement and may vary by sport, market type, and event. pkrpet may adjust stake limits for individual accounts where justified by risk management considerations.

5.3 Bet Settlement. Bets will be settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for domestic cricket events, or the relevant international federation for other sports). In the event of a dispute regarding the official result, pkrpet's decision, made in good faith on the basis of available information, shall be final.

5.4 Errors and Obvious Mistakes. pkrpet reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were clearly posted in error — for example, odds that are materially inconsistent with the prevailing market for the same event across comparable platforms. Where bets are voided under this clause, all stakes will be returned to the player's pkrpet wallet.

5.5 Void Markets. A market may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, event abandonment without a result being declared, technical failure affecting market integrity, or regulatory direction. Voided bets are settled at odds of 1.00 (stake returned).

5.6 In-Play Betting. In-play (live) betting markets are offered on selected events at pkrpet's discretion. Bets placed in-play are subject to the same rules as pre-match bets. pkrpet may suspend in-play markets at any time without prior notice, particularly during periods of rapid score change or where data feed integrity cannot be confirmed.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkrpet platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Opening or operating more than one pkrpet account, whether under your own name or a third party's details.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the pkrpet platform, place bets, or collect data.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of corrupt wagering activity.
• Exploiting errors in odds, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities — commonly referred to as "arbing" where it is conducted systematically to exploit pricing errors rather than genuine market inefficiencies.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the pkrpet platform.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your pkrpet account by any person under 21 years of age.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or is not registered in your own name.
• Colluding with other players in card games, Pool Rummy, or any other game format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to circumvent pkrpet's responsible gaming tools including self-exclusion periods or account cooling-off measures.

pkrpet reserves the right to investigate suspected breaches of this clause and to take such action as it considers appropriate, including immediate account suspension, withholding of funds pending investigation, permanent account closure, and referral to relevant authorities.

7 Responsible Gaming

7.1 Player Welfare Commitment. pkrpet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to minimising the potential harms associated with excessive gambling. pkrpet provides a range of self-management tools accessible directly from the account settings area of every registered pkrpet account.

7.2 Available Responsible Gaming Tools. The following tools are available to all pkrpet account holders at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your pkrpet account. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are prepared to lose within a given period. Once reached, further betting is suspended until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automated notifications after a defined period of continuous play to encourage breaks and maintain awareness of time spent on the platform.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your pkrpet account for a period of your choosing (minimum 24 hours, up to 6 weeks). During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from the pkrpet platform. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for a minimum period of six (6) months. pkrpet will make reasonable efforts to identify and close any additional accounts held by a self-excluded player.

7.3 Age Verification. pkrpet enforces a strict 21+ age policy. CNIC-based age verification is mandatory. Where pkrpet has reason to believe a player may be underage, it will suspend the account and request identity documentation immediately.

8 Intellectual Property

8.1 Ownership. All content on the pkrpet platform — including but not limited to the pkrpet brand name, logo, trade marks, software, website design, graphics, text, data, and game content — is the intellectual property of pkrpet or its licensed third-party providers. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

8.2 Limited Licence. pkrpet grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pkrpet platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any pkrpet content.

8.3 Third-Party Game Content. Game content provided by third-party studios (slots, live casino, etc.) is subject to those providers' own intellectual property rights. pkrpet has obtained the necessary licences to offer such content on its platform.

9 Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Availability. pkrpet provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond pkrpet's control may result in temporary service unavailability. pkrpet will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance wherever reasonably practicable.

9.2 No Liability for Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkrpet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the pkrpet platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — even if pkrpet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9.3 Maximum Liability. Where pkrpet is found to be liable to you under these Terms, pkrpet's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the net amount deposited by you in the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) Rs 50,000.

9.4 Force Majeure. pkrpet shall not be in breach of these Terms or liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, power failures, telecommunications outages, or cyber-attacks.

10 Suspension & Termination

10.1 Voluntary Closure. You may request to close your pkrpet account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method following standard processing times and completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

10.2 pkrpet's Right to Suspend. pkrpet reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where pkrpet has reason to believe that: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) your account is under investigation for fraud, AML concerns, or responsible gaming issues; (c) you have provided false information during registration or KYC; or (d) your continued access poses a risk to pkrpet or other players.

10.3 Termination for Cause. pkrpet may permanently close your account and forfeit any bonus balances (but not verified real-money funds) where a material breach of these Terms is established following investigation. pkrpet will inform you of the reason for closure where it is lawful to do so.

10.4 Effect of Termination. Upon closure of your pkrpet account, your licence to use the platform is immediately revoked. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive termination of these Terms.

11 Amendments to Terms

11.1 Right to Amend. pkrpet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, pkrpet will provide reasonable notice to registered account holders via email, in-platform notification, or a prominent notice on the pkrpet website, at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect.

11.2 Continued Use Constitutes Acceptance. Your continued use of the pkrpet platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your account in accordance with clause 10.1.

11.3 Version History. The current version and effective date of these Terms are displayed at the top of this page. Prior versions are available on request by contacting pkrpet customer support.

12 Governing Law & Disputes

12.1 Complaints Process. If you have a complaint regarding pkrpet's services, you should contact pkrpet customer support in the first instance via the live chat facility available on the platform. pkrpet aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to provide a full response within 14 days of receipt.

12.2 Escalation. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through pkrpet's internal process to your satisfaction, you may request that the matter be escalated to pkrpet's compliance team. pkrpet's compliance team will conduct an independent review and communicate its findings in writing.

12.3 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the international gaming compliance standards under which pkrpet operates. pkrpet does not make specific representations regarding the domestic enforceability of these Terms in any particular Pakistani jurisdiction and recommends that players seek independent legal advice where necessary.

12.4 Language. These Terms are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English-language version and any translated version, the English-language version shall prevail.
